What exactly does Stamp Mitra file?

Stamp Mitra generates the TRN, drafts and submits Form GST REG-01 on the GST portal, tracks the ARN and answers department queries. When the department approves, the GSTIN and certificate are shared with you digitally.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. The GST department decides every application. Stamp Mitra prepares and files it carefully but cannot guarantee approval or a date.

Does the add-on include monthly GST returns?

No. Registration is one-time. Monthly return filing is covered by the GST registration plus monthly filing add-on, which also includes the registration.

Do I pay a government fee?

Stamp Mitra's GST page states that the GST portal charges no fee for registration. Your address plan and this add-on are priced separately, and GST is extra on both.

Can I use an address in another state?

GST registration needs an address in the state where you register, so pick an office in that state for your plan.

Which plans can I add it to?

The GST registration address plan and the Company registration address plan. Both are valid for GST registration. The Mailing plan is not.

Where do I see the price?

At the top of this page and in your checkout. It comes from the live catalog, and GST is added before you pay.

Why is it a separate order?

Stamp Mitra, Vecta's sister brand, fulfils and invoices the add-on separately from your address plan. You can see both in your dashboard.

What if I choose the proprietorship package or monthly filing later?

Both include GST registration. Selecting either removes this add-on from your selection so the same filing is not bought twice.

Do festive offers apply to the add-on?

No. Add-ons are never part of a festive offer such as the Diwali offer. Those offers apply to address plans only.
