What does the package include?

Udyam (MSME) registration, GST registration and Import Export Code registration, filed by Stamp Mitra in one order.

Is the government fee included?

No. Government fees are extra where they apply. The IEC has a DGFT application fee, confirmed when the application is filed. GST is also extra on the package price.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. The GST department, the Ministry of MSME and DGFT each decide their own registration. Stamp Mitra files them carefully but cannot guarantee approval.

What happens to the single add-ons if I choose the package?

The GST registration, MSME / Udyam and IEC add-ons are removed from your selection, because the package already includes them. You are not charged for them twice.

Can I take the package with monthly filing?

No. The package and the GST registration plus monthly filing add-on are not combined. For monthly filing, take that add-on with the MSME and IEC add-ons.

Can a company or LLP use it?

The package is designed for proprietorships. For another constitution, choose the individual add-ons, and ask support if you are unsure.

Do I need all three registrations?

The package makes sense when you do. If you need fewer, the single add-ons are the better fit.

Does a proprietorship need an incorporation certificate?

No. A proprietorship is not incorporated. It is recognised through registrations such as GST and Udyam rather than a single certificate.
